Hello Everyone, What is the best piston to run in a D16 if I want to throw as much boost as I can at the motor?

I can for sure tell you that less compression is good for boost on D-series because all of your power will come from minimizing risk at higher boost levels. So whatever the lowest comp piston heads you can find are what you want.

That's totally correct, but to answer the op's question, Vitara pistons are the usual go-to for this application. Speedfactory sells a good set and they usually endup somewhere around 8.5:1 comp ratio.
